Patient’s:
  • I am not accepting ANY Insurance Patients at this time. I have moved my practice towards craniosacral therapy and genetic nutrition. I am happy to treat you with those modalities.
  • Please support single payor healthcare in the next election. Doctors spend 30% of their overhead to deal with insurance companies.  Research says medicare for all overhead for billing would go down from 30% to 3%.
  • You can use your health savings account for payments, I would advise starting one of these as copays, and deductibles are getting larger every day. You can use it to cover your visits with me as I am licensed in MA.
All patients existing and new:
● Must pay their visit at the time of service for co-pays or self pay.
  • I am accepting New Craniosacral and Genetic Nutrition Patients Only
  • ***I no longer give Chiropractic care as a stand alone treatment. It is offered in combination with craniosacral therapy hour appointments only.
  • I now offer genetic nutrition, or craniosacral appointments.

Dr. Kate Klemer Payment Policy/Practice Info
Patients:
  • You will be charged for the time allotted if you do not give 24 hours notice of cancellation, or request to shorten your appointment time on the same day.
  • You will be charged in cases of late cancels or no shows.
  • If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment you will be charged for the entire appointment whether you show up or not.

We will not share your medical information without your permission, and if so only to auto insurance companies.

All patients:
  • if you are late for your appointment it is highly likely that Dr Kate has a patient right after you. your appointment time will end at the scheduled time, and you end up getting less time for a session. otherwise patients would end up being taken in late.
  • Sometimes Dr Kate runs late in cases of emergencies, and patients needing more attention in an acute situation. Please be understanding that I try my best to run on time, yet sometimes the patient before you needs extra time before they are can leave if they are in acute pain. This is not a spa service, or talk therapy practice, this is a Health Doctors office with many types of patients coming in with varying levels of care needed from acute to chronic pain. If Dr Kate is running longer than 20 minutes late (which is rare), she will do her best to alert you. And she apologizes in advance.
  • Please give Dr Kate all of your health information on the forms, and each visit check in on any symptoms. If you do not share health information from non-spinal as well as spinal health complaints, she is not responsible for any reactions to treatment.
  • She works with her patients as a team; and needs open and honest communication for the highest level of care.
